Re: Knives availability in India
The problem my friend is that in India we still have a long way to go as far as availability of some good knives is concerned. This is where your thread will come into play I guess.
Although if you look up you will find some very useful information on IFG.
Keep sharing any useful information that you might have and do post pictures of the knives that you own.

Is the Muela Knife below the kirpan any good?Scarlett Warrior wrote:Hi Pradyumna,
I've been there once and there are a lot of shops selling local made swords, kirpans and other edged weapons. If u wish to buy one, bargain your hardest for a best deal. I think I saw a Katana also (probably one of those decorative ones).

I found a shop in Gopinath Bazar, Palam, New Delhi selling adventure gears. Even he has some daggers and even a beautiful axe. I didn’t have enough time to go through all their wares and put up queries. The name of the shop is ‘Battle Fatigues’. Long back, when I was in Delhi, they used to be sellers of army uniforms and other attires, now they have evolved themselves into adventure gears. Even they had Muelas (it seems Muela will become too common in India).

Hey people....Cold Steel is officially available in Delhi (Antariksh....pls look it up on-line) but the same story with the over-pricing. Sadly I fell for it over a "Kobun"...completely on impulse!!;)

Knives availability in India
Knifecenter.com as their shipping via FedEx is reasonably priced around $30. Avoid places that ship via USPS even if reliable as they finally feed into our postal system, which makes it unreliable. Also note if you use insured, registered like postal options, our customs invariably stops it as they figure our high value/importance of the item.msbabbar wrote:which is the best folder edc that we get/buy online in india ? and from where to buy at most economical prices ?.waiting period is not a problem.
