I would recommend the Fx 400 Royale with Synthetic stock for field use .
The company claims 1/4' groups at 40 meters and 1/2" groups at 50 meters.
The 400cc air cylinder gives more shots than the HW 100.

it seems like no one have had an oppurtunity to use both the guns mentioned.
best would be to google the reviews about these guns and decide.
jkamithraj must be right.

Manufacturers' claims on velocities and grouping are best ignored. However, these days, any good PCP worth its salt will give you better results than you can manage to shoot, given the right choice of pellets.

You have to decide what you want. The Royale is expensive, light, larger cylinder. The FX brand is generally pricier, but bring out good guns.

The Hw100 is heavier (standard versions), but cheaper, and comes with goodies like silencers, single shot adaptors, extra mags, charging adaptors included in the price. It is a known beast, well proven in the market, and has it's strengths, weaknesses and solutions dissected threadbare over the years.

Also, AFAIK, based on my UK experience, people with a functioning knowledge of FX are fewer than Weirauchs. So too aftermarket items like replacement triggers/hamsters etc .
