hi sir,
first we should thank you for sharing your 3G samurai air rifle.
in future,we can use your tech to improvise on any airgun.your write up was very simple and understandable.
where do you get this neoprene rubber washer?
you have done everything a professional can do to a rifle, except ''bluing''.
keep us posted on further improvisations.
regrads.

Great job Briha....i particularly liked the front sight....you can replace the stock hex screws with socket head types and the piston thrust bearings could do with some buttoning......good job once again....

Briha,
You made me seat again on DIY bug!
By looking on the target, I would say, not only you have made your airgun beautiful but deadly accurate also.

Great job!

Hi Briha,
Kodos to you for the excellent transformation you have done for your gun.
In all true sense, it has lost its last identity and now only SAMURAI 3G.
I am little curious to know that how could you reduce the vibration at
such given FPS to get nice groupings.

Hi Basu,

> Most components like the ID of the receiver, polishing of the piston, exact fitment of seal, good quality spring / rear guide / top hat, smoothening of the sears, neoprene breech seal and an excellent custom made lube - all these have contributed to the reduction of vibration in my Samurai 3G. :D

Hi Suffix,
> Thanks man for your appreciation.
> I must admit that the gun has a good balance when shouldered which helps tremendously while aiming - analyzing this I feel that extending the stock & adding on the muzzle brake has contributed to this.
> Another aspect I have realized is that using Round Heads or Wadcutters or Pointed Heads (all in 14gr) the point of impact at 30ft has not varied much!
> You can see this from the pics of the targets (one with round heads & the other with wadcutters)
> Incidentally I have put 4 pellets (pointed) in a 5mm dia hole on a Deo Can! Unfortunately I threw away the can - should have atleast photographed it.. maybe next time I'll do it.
Cheers :D

Brihacharan ji!Look like job well done. Each indian made breakbarrel gun should have an extended forestock.I think only ak-agni comes with one.And let us all your students know if you find any DIY two stage trigger mechanism.

Cheers
Vinay
