IHP 35 .22 vs AIMCO M300
Hi All,
Am new to this group.
Recently i ordered an IHP 35 .22 (IHP35+AIMCO pellets+gun oil+rifle cover; total 5485/-).
I saw in the forum couple of threads which had some comparison... couldnt get much out of it.
Could somebody give me a good comparison. Just curious to know ...(initially thought of going for an AIMCO M300 )
-----###Thanks to each and everyone for grouping together such wonderful informations. Gained some idea within a short while.##-----

m300 is heavier than the IHP, its more powerful than the IHP. but accuracy is lesser than the IHP

Sometimes if you want to get rid of the gun, you have to pick the gun up.

IHP barrel is rifled but aimco M300 has non rifled barrel
> Air Rifle means the barrel is 'RIFLED' ie: there are grooves inside the barrel, they are called pitch & landing
> These grooves aid the flight of the pellet - keeping the flight path steady by spinning on their axis - principles of ballistics
> While 'guns' have a smooth bore - like in Shot Guns
> The term 'Guns' is generic in nature and is commonly used for all types of firearms or air weapons.
> But Rifles are rifles & Guns are guns, technically speaking.
> Rifles shoot longer ranges as compared to Smooth bore guns
> BTW I have never seen or shot an AIMCO air rifle / gun - hence wouldn't know if it comes with a smooth bore and in my considered opinion no modern air weapon comes with a smooth bore.
> Perhaps 'Ramtiger' couldn't see the rifling in his AIMCO probably due to the glare when you peep into the barrel against light
Cheers
