Dear Ram,

IHP factory is closed for the time being hence new rifles are only available in very limited numbers. In Delhi new ones are available for 8000. In Mumbai, its for 15000. You may check the condition of the rifle in tamilnadu armory and see whether its in a good condition or not.

bro, its not 1hp its IHP which stands for Indian Hume Pipe and 35 means effective kill range is 35 meters...
