Better a murky than a forum ignored incident. Such things happens. A little apologies should clear things among men. But it was wonderful to see that senior members of the forum came together to help someone out. These senior member didnt have the access to information regarding what has happened and in detailed manner what was spoken among the buyer and seller...yet they responded! Let the people who actually cheats on deal gets to see this and stay warned.

I like the way support help came. When it blazes.. to hell with details. All for one, one for all!

I have personally known Denzil for almost 1 year through this IFG.

We keep in touch and discuss around the new Rifles and how to make Mods or tune the weapon.

Very friendly person and he gives full insight if you need a specific accessory to be imported from Germany.

Denzil's HW30 inspired me to go for a HW50s with Aperture Sights and Rear Diopter sight.

Initially we got to know each other through a sale and he purchased few tins of pellets. The transaction was hassle free.

Lately Denzil has been travelling a bit and he had called me when he was in Jaipur so that we could meet up. And I was on my way back from UK and couldn't catch up with him.

There are times were buyers are in hurry with no patience as they have transfered the monies. But they also need to understand from the seller point of view that there are so many restrictions in shipping products within the country. The process cannot work like eBay or Snapdeal.

Its mainly the trust that builds the seller reputation. Also buyer expects the confidence that the Seller can take care of the transaction till the time the product reaches buyer's door step.

I recommend the above thread should be locked and deleted. Not to critize their past experience.

Mr. sumanngon,

I don't owe apologies to this man (Mr. Sokhep) because in between this time period non of the time he told me to return his money. For your information I have send things after two months to a buyer who is the active member of this forum. He has called me only twice or thrice in these month for the update, and he has the stuff with him. So every thing takes time and if you think I am cheating then hell with it, I am the person does not want to indulges in these things.

Anyway now things are solved and the money is being returned. Please check your account (Mr. Sokhep) by tomorrow and post here whether you got your full refund or not because your SBI restriction is of RS.25K in a day and I have to return Rs. 52K.

Hi vmanicks are you back or still out of country, do give me a call.

Regards,

Hello Mr. Sokkri and others,

I ain't a friend of Mr. Danzil but
We had a successful deal for HW30 few months back

Whole transaction went very smooth and as promised by Danzil rifle arrived in 3 days in mint condition

I think one should be clear with the terms of deal and understand other person's situation
After all we need to trust............

regards

Now this was certainly a thriller, with filmy-style diatribe being exchanged, eminent personalities playing cameo, last minute couple of "jaag uThaa insaan" vouching in for twist-in-the-tale and all-in-all the air getting cleared towards the end. Can this be considered for the Thread of the Month - the award can be split between the two main parties ? ;-)

I am not a party to this transaction but I am curious about one particular thing. On that thing , I do not find any member commenting;
although many have come forward to vouch for Denzilmathew.

Why should a person who is an active member of this forum since 2006, need to create a duplicate ID with full knowledge that
IFG does not tolerate such activity ? What could be the motive ?

Hi,

His parcel was already ready with me for delivery but what to do courier were not excepting it, so the last chance was to wait for Gati courier answer but by that time this gentleman made the post, so instead of waiting for the courier I felt that I should return his money and the stuff goes to other person.

Regarding the other ID I was changing my user id name not creating the new but updating the old one because I think someone has hacked my old ID and was changing the information that I why i was not getting PM of others on my old ID and some contents were also change and many were aware of this ID is mine.

Anyway all the money has been transferred to his account. No more pending fund also the senior did not told me to refund his money nor Mr. Sokhip. It was my decision to return his money immediately.

I confirm refund of 52k from Denzil. Honestly telling I am very much relieved in getting back my almost lost money. During past over one month I was tired of making obsess calls to Denzil. The way Denzil handled my calls all through from 17th Aug (the day I paid) to 22nd Sept made me to feel that 'daal mein kutch kala hain'. During these period Denzil responded my calls on two occasions only, he never been a caller first (this fact can only be established when we have a call detail from service provider).

Before posting on open forum I did consulted few frens from legal field and simultenously kept on contacting Denzil but all in vain. In between that one of my fren ask the name with whom I have made a deal. To his query I said that his name is Denzil Matthew. Hearing this my fren quipped, this is not an Indian name 'the name sounds that person is a Nigerian' and we assumed that a case of fraud was likely (not saying Sauer is a foreign national) . It is pertinent to mention here that the location which Sauer202ind provided in the forum being "EARTH", which is also misleading. Then I made a call again in front of my frens, no response again, my SMS followed. To my relieve, sms reply came saying "I'll call u tomorow". Many tomorows passed no calls received. Then I decided to post my sad story on an open forum. Astonishingly, 2 hrs after the delivery of my post a call from Denzil flashed in my mobile in the evening on 21st sept and told me that due to problem with courier he was unable send the parcel. He then told me that he would be trying again on saturday/sunday (24/25 sept.), I agreed. By this time reaction started pouring in from all quarters, obviously rattling Denzil. Seeing this, Denzil called me again on 22nd sept at 8.50 am, though this time bit harshly and cancelled the deal and asked my bank acctt details for making refund. With joy I gave my acctt details as I realized that I was secured then.

My simple reason for posting in an open forum was to know the address of Denzil becoz I was clueless except for the bank Acctt details in which payment was made that too in the different name (Dennis Matthew). I also made a futile attempt at ICICI Itanagar branch to get his address. The bank authority were firm in protecting the interest of their customers and has to return empty handed.

Then came back home tired and depressed and garnered strength to post in an open forum. I was surprised to see the response/ reaction.

I have no regret for posting this story in an open forum as I believe that the seriousness of the issue qualifies this type of action. Had Denzil been responsive to my calls/sms, things would not have turned like this.

Last but not the least, I thank

Abhijeet: for disclosing the character of Denzil (Sauer202ind),

Naga: for standing by me and condoling the almost lost deal,

Jonah: feeling sorry for getting warned from Denzil bcoz of me,

Olly: thanks a lot for speaking with Denzil for settlement,

Veejosh: we the people from this region are prone to face such type of treatment, sorry,

Amit357: praising you for your boldness,

Bruno22: you enjoyed a lot. Isn't?

Sumanngon: U really understood the ethics/ essence of the forum,

Vmanicks & Pritam Patel: I still have great respect for Denzil, wish I too have a cup of tea with Denzil in future,

airgun_novice: nice thought, this thread really deserves that u conceived,

Sujay: Yes, it was not at all necessary to operate a duplicate ID just for disposing ones stuff. Motive will surely be questioned.

Sudhaiob: we can be closest fren,

and respected Denzil: providing my bank detail is the indicative of the fact that I wanted money back, u may plse chk my sms also which successfully delivered. Plse forgive me if I have at any moment misbehaved you (though I don't remember) or hurt you. At the end of the day I am sure I 'll get air rifle from other members or when I get membership in days to come.

Thank you all.

Regards: sokkri.
