He is a very clever lawyer, he knows the legal meaning of what he is talking. He knows that anyways arms are our fundamental right. He also knows that our M.P.s have delegated practically blanket powers to the central government under Section 7 of Arms Act 1959 to authorize prohibited arms or prohibited ammunition. Indirectly he is in a way "authorizing" them.he does'nt have the guts to ask them to disarm and sit for talks?
