hey can someone tell me what the 3r stands for in this rifle model and the tentative price of an unfired piece. any other detail would be appreciated as well.

I just checked the Ned Schwing guide and there is no mention of a 3 R design in it. If you were to post a picture of the rifle in question, we might be able to help you with more information.
