Shahid bhai is bombarded with request , one more but on same line. It really help if you can put detail of 1-2 places from where we can buy airgun or its spare in Dubai or Abu dhabi for that matter.
I am sure there would be lot of people on this site who would benefit from those addresses.

I did manage to purchase a Umarex - Walther CP 88 for a friend ( Dubai based ) today. The dealer has stocks for export but there is a restriction on local sales, from showroom.

With a good relationship I did manage to purchase one, and the proud owner, a banker who was out on a plinking shoot with me in the desert yesterday is overjoyed. The price was UAE Dhs. 850

For your kind information i have managed to buy a GAMO 3-9x32wr SCOPE from Dubai and i got it VIA "EMS EMIRATES" to Dhaka GPO [General Post Office] it cost me in-total 325AED
But cant manage "AiR GUN"

Why not make a trip down to Dubai and pick it up its beats paying 250% tax or request some one to pick it up. Just make sure you have all the paper work in order with copies of rules etc just do your homework to the T. Read experiences of other members who brought guns in their baggage, I mean packing / declaring at the foreign country airport to the authorities etc that part is very important. Short trip to Calcutta and something is better than nothing..I wouldnt recommend purchasing Diana etc from India because of mark up.

a trip down to Dubai and pick it up all most same to import it from Dubai to my country.
it will cost me the same Like 250% Customs TAX.
Recently one Gun shop is selling Diana 35 New in my country@ 70,000tk [46,046.80 INR]. Its not possible for me to Buy from him with that price!!!
i am going to get a Slavia 631 tomorrow with 13,000.00 BDT [8,551.55 INR]. Its not New but its almost Not used.

Hi!

I am an avid shooter and own 3 air rifles of various Indian makes, they are not good at all, tried importing a diana 48 through Natchez shooters USA, my gun got stuck at Singapore and it has been 5 months it is lying there, even UPS is unable to help here.

Pls advise if there is a way of getting a diana by courier to India, I am a member of NRAI Delhi.

Avoid any route that goes thru Singapore. it will get stuck there. your best option now is to ask UPS to have that rifle sent back to shipper and then you can get it thru a different route.
Get tough on UPS - its their fault - they know what the product is and still send it through that route.

Hello,

Iam travelling to Dubai on November and wondering if I could get an air rifle from there through personal baggage. Iam not a rifle club member yet. Am I permitted to bring back an air rifle with me in the personal baggage as I am not a member of any rifle club? Also, what are the other restrictions on the caliber like can I get a .22 from Dubai? Any help is really appreciated.
