I'm not that good in English, specially when it comes to law related things. Will someone describe it to me in layman's term. Thanks in advance :)

Thanks for posting this great piece of info!!!

This throws light, as how our constitution works, this is very detailed and took me around 3.5 hours to get a feel of it but i could almost feel as if i was present there during the proceedings,... a great feeling but now the truth is looking more bleak as even all the confrontations the standing commitee has thrown at the MHA, every time the MHA is seen as defying them while sticking to their guns or plainely ignoring the recommendations made by the committe, on many occassions the the secretary for Home Minstry was corenered by hon. Chairperson of the standing commitee for their sly and debunking methods but that has not reflected upon the attitude of the MHA and they still went ahead on the Arms Act 2010 Bill (Amendmants).

Now what are our options for giving a decent fight if the same bill is cleared in the Parliamentary monsoon session ????
Any more update on this,
surely the Govt will write history either by making us to bleed through over nose or by making the Arms Act amendmants a more citizen friendly affair as stressed in the various standing committee meetings held.

God Bless us All

Regards
Frosty

Approach Supreme Court anytime and fight for RKBA. Search "RKBA Article 19 21" without inverted commas in google, the first search result gives detailed explaination that RKBA is guaranteed under Articles 19 and 21 of Constitution.

After going through the report it appears to me that the Home Minister and the Secretary for Home Ministry has basically given the finger to the Home Committee.....

May be you can see a similarity here
