an eye for an eye.if not with terrorism geting even with already aware public give the gov.some sort of relief

These type of conditions put by licensing authorities are not new,Rs 50,000 NSC, minimum parameter for land ownership, excavation of village pond/ water bodies are other examples of whims & fantasies.
