Canadian Airgun Act

Post by SUFFIX » Thu May 26, 2011 8:31 am

Rifle 4.2ft-lbs is something a joke

H&N Finale Match Rifle pellets having weight of 8.2gr and require a velocity of 500 fps to shoot accurate and that generates a power of 4.55 ft-lbs.

So we in India are much better off are'nt we. Just imagine what would happen if similar rules were applied by PC's goons. More money for the officials controlling grant of licenses and loads of headaches for the public.

IN Canada - one has the option of either owning an underpowered air weapon or simply going in for a proper firearm, (as many of them as you like - yipee) at prices that are about the same as that of an air weapon! I guess the choice is clear :D
