Freudian Slip...your 27 year old tool. You mean you don't get excited by most of the firearms found in this country?PRITAM PATEL wrote:hello,

Unless you are a cat with a newly imported weapon; which seems highly unlikely by the nature of your comment.
While your comment contributed nothing towards this discussion, it did inspire me to write a ditty for you.
Beastly Tales
Two Indian frogs sat on a well,
Looking up from their place,
On the wells base,
Their eyes on a third did dwell,
Hmm he has a new toy,
So what must be our ploy,
To deprive him of his moment’s joy.
One thought since I can’t play,
What he can play,
Let me say his gem is old,
There is nothing more to be told.
The other thought I might as well join in,
Who knows they might think I’ve got a leaning,
Towards being a purist of the sport,
Yes let me join in with this retort.
On they both went doing what they did best,
Expressing their disinterest,
On a bauble, that neither could digest.
With apologies to Vikram Seth.
To ride, to speak up, to shoot straight.

I live in the UK, a land with an abundance of guns.
In my prized collection, which has taken time, years, effort and money to track down and accumulate, the youngest is 30 year old, and the oldest, 80+.
The fact that they are outshoot their contemporaries in quality, and are now priced more than when I first got them, is pointless.
Because, according to you, I am a juvenile

When it matters, this 60 year old tool will go bang. And your 27 year old, you better zip it, lest it attracts unwarranted attention.PRITAM PATEL wrote:hello,

Jeff Cooper advocated four basic rules of gun safety:
1) All guns are always loaded. Even if they are not, treat them as if they are.
2) Never let the muzzle cover anything you are not willing to destroy.
3) Keep your finger off the trigger till your sights are on the target.
4) Identify your target, and what is behind it.

Some people have a uncanny habit of hijacking other's threads'.... and instead of appreciating and participating in another member's joy, perversion - either because of jealousy or simple meanness, takes over and shows up in such posts....

Dev, whilst we're doing 'odes for guns', here's a haiku:

instant heartache
may have some translation loss of the original, planned pentameter. But any gun owner in India awould agree with me

Well you found the pistol now go on a searching spree for the 32 Pistol ammunition ...its like finding a neddle in ten hay stacks. Never been able to figure why the ammunition is not being manufactured when the factories continue to issue revolver and pistols from all their factories. May be an filing an RTI into this might help.
Just heard guys that the prices of all the ammunitions are going to be raised .
