When was the last time you saw an IOF in flesh??? You must be drunk to be comparing it wid iof .. forget it...man . Its not crude the grips are showing a lil age n wear but gun is in good nick.ajayplahane wrote:Doesn't it look too crude..? Pl dont mind, but finish looks like that of IOF rev....
Congrats Vinay, though i think you should have held on to your beretta .38 it was a nice gun and good caliber round, unless u wanted the reliability and go bang every time factor of the revolver. However i think knowing you as much as i do that it was and itch for a new gun and an impulse buy. Any way's have fun wid the new toy and maybe we could compare our groups though these are not known to be very accurate guns.
I dont dial 911... I dial .357

Congrats Vinay... S&W 'J' frames are easy for EDC. Now get those gorgeous Tyler 'T' grips with couple of holsters and you are good to go.
Enjoy your possession...

nice grip on that who says they are not accurate i have found the sights on the rev better than a pistol although i own an ashani pistol for differanrt reasons.a rev in hand looks more deadly.although you have lost the power of.380 but never mind who can shoot straight witha.22 is good enough.

Re: my new 2 inch s&w snubbie
thank you guys,
this is my first revolver and i parted with my beretta after carefully weighing many circumstances, i know rakshit ,you wont believe this but its true.the biggest thing in favour of s&w was easy avaibility of ammo.(was finding it hard to get ammo in doon,). guys its my opinion and i know many wont share the same sentiment,i think as rakshit had put it ,for the first six shots ,revolver is the best weapon.i have always owned pistols and trust me have possesed quite a few.this time when i saw this revolver with a friend of mine i just couldnt resist it.it handles differently and i find the recoil a little stingy than my beretta even though it was of higher caliber.but i guess i would be ok after a couple of rounds through it .i would be thankful if anyone could guide me to an online store from where i could get good hostlers
regards
