Though some of them have previous hunting experience abroad . The person who has shot the maximum leopards in the state Mr Lakhpat Singh Rawat (more than 25) is a village school teacher who (I doubt) has ever been abroad. His rifle---a .315. Probably it has something to do with a person who has a good knowledge of the terrain and the animal to be hunted.
