FPO =Forign Post Office.
No I am sure to understand you. When the package is OUT from foreign customs how it will move back to FPO?

If I understood the process correctly it is something like this:

FPO -> Foreign Customs -> notification to addressee, if clear -> out from FPO -> Sent to Domestic location.

What say Rupesh?

form 38 is a sales tax form. The goods have to carry form 38 when the value of goods is 25k or above. For form 38 google the results or consult any sales tax experts.

U.P government require form38 for the inbound and outbound goods. Try to enquire the courier company as they know about it .

Got my Guns after 2 months and 3 days...
Thanks to Bhaskar of FedEx whose tel no I got from FedEx Customer care(sharmeen)Sweet girl:) after pestering her for almost a month.

Special thanks to Devender of FedEx whose tel no I got from Bhaskar.after one week of daily calls!..

Devender was the point man of FedEx to deal with Delhi police!

The Guns were with the Delhi Cargo Service Center of the Delhi Police after they were detained by the Airport security. Had to call Devender many times and finally he connected me to Mr. Yadav who was the police officer in charge of the DCSC...he needed a lot of convincing from me....and few threats as well but what finally convinced him was...me telling him that I was going to file a RTI with the Dir General of DGCA as to why the delay in releasing my guns when they were cleared by the Indian Customs in one day and what is the reason for holding the guns for over 2 months without any action!

I had to pay for the threats I heaped on Mr. Yadav as someone had damaged the front part of the Barrel of the Beeman.

Anyone Importing AirGuns from any place other than Delhi...Please tell Fedex to send your package from Delhi to other destinations in India vis Surface mode & not take the risk of trying to send it by Air.( as no Domestic Airlines accept Airguns as cargo)

Good advice shiv- i agree its safest to either collect the airgun personally or have it shipped by surface mode ,the latter for which at least in UP where I am one has to provide fedex with a form 38 signed by sales tax deptt

Hey Andy,
Good to hear you got your gun! Dont think the customes guys would have taken the mounts.
Anyways Should have taken photos of your package and send them to airgunsofarizona with a formal complaint, maybe they would have misplaced it.. and if you are lucky..they might even send you a replacement!!!
will be visiting your State this month for Easter !

Hey Pritesh2424,

Sure would love to help you out. :D But can you be specific regarding what you need my help! :?

Andy - 1st congrats on your Huntsman classic.

I tried requesting Airguns of AZ for a Daystate silencer and they refused to ship them within USA. However they were ok to ship them along with the gun.

Also if there is anyone who is willing to invest close to $2,500, they can procure the Daystate Wingmaster from Airguns of AZ. There are only 100 Air Rifles manufactured and the ones in Europe and UK market have been sold out. However Airguns of AZ has 2 pieces available and I kinda gave up the idea as I recently purchased the Daystate Buckmaster Limited edition

Below are the pictures of Wingmaster that I got from Google

thanks vmanicks-yes silencers are banned in usa, i wish i could have asked them to send them along with the classic but somehow that slipped out of my mind.incidentally these are quite cheap( in comparision to the gun).i think they are banned india but they should be permitted as part of the already permitted .177 aiir rifle package.congrats on your BUCKMASTER
