I'm confused, haven't you owned and sold a Weirauch yourself? You're surely no stranger to the brand

As it is , this topic has been discussed in detail before. Please make an effort to go through prior posts. I'm giving you a link as an example

.....in short...all .177only..

1. HW80 - break barrel - medium power...a little heavy
2. HW85 - break barrel - medium power - discontinued? - a little heavy
3. HW90 - gas ram - medium to high power...loud....light
4. HW95 - break barrel - medium power - light
5. HW77 - underlever - medium power - medium heavy

most balanced - HW95 and HW77
most accurate - HW77 - YOUR BEST BET

Denzil,

Here is a side by side comparison from the pyramidair site.

http://www.pyramydair.com/cgi-bin/compa ... ype=models

All the HW you have listed are heavy except the HW85 and 95. Power is nothing, accuracy is everything. All HW are more accurate than the shooter shooting it. All have adequate power.

You can take my word for it. Hope this helps.

As an example of overcoming adversity, Karoly Takacs has few peers. He was part of Hungary’s world champion pistol-shooting team in 1938, when an army grenade exploded, crippling his right hand. Ten years later, having taught himself to shoot with his left, he won two gold medals in the rapid-fire class.
