I guess Nitrogen can be used in PCP (provided it is free of any kind of Moisture else it will damage internals as well as Air cylinder tube in longer run )

No You cant.
These guns are made for dry air.
Moisture will have bad result.

Air is cheeper than Nitrogen

As i know for your pcp Yes, you can do.
It works same as standard air.
