Gentlemen,
There is already a discussion going on amongst the moderating team on how to change the workings of the trade (sale/ wanted) sections here. There will soon be a major overhaul in the rules regarding these sections - with the view to:

a) Keep the trade posts true to the spirit and intents of why this website came about in the first place (for & by enthusiasts)

b) Once the modalities are worked out, the team will communicate the details to all.

Unfortunately i beleive the website which was started for enthusiasts has turned into a Bazaar for unscrupulous elements/trading.

Suggestion: Why dont the moderators charge a small fee for the BUY/SELL section ? people advertise goods that are non existent only to pep up the prices, get rid of them

we cant deny thats not happening.

Some of the prices that I have seen on here are ridiculous. And some of the counter offers are even more strange. The pistol thread was a classic.

Moderators atleast you people can have a check on this kind of exploitation if at all it happens on this site.If you can ban some members for bending some rules than i think that you should also have the previllage of keeping a tab on any such members who r here only for business by exaggerating the costs and duping the other members.

please make a note of it.
