Adding to what Thomas said.
You can use only Leather or PTFE washers, anything else will not withstand the high forces and heat.

some one told me ..... we can make and fix nylon washers........ we can get from tools hardware shop

not really worth a try, temperature can be pretty high in the spring chamber, also addon the possibility of dieseling under oil lubing, can easily damage nylon. nylon is not durable beyond 250 C, i think it might stretch and reform or even melt on usage.
PS: why jugaad nylon? the leather washers and PFTE are pretty cometitive in pricing and will justify the cost in long run,
