Hi i am new bie to this guns stuff.. just wondering.. there is a center at hcu to go and trainee there do i need to be a member of Rifle Association of Andhra Pradesh ?? and do i need to buy a air gun ?? how to start up help me..

u will get the guns in hcu and u have to pay 500 per month but i u wnat to participate and import agun u have to be a member of
raap hyderabad ..
