Jeff Cooper advocated four basic rules of gun safety:
1) All guns are always loaded. Even if they are not, treat them as if they are.
2) Never let the muzzle cover anything you are not willing to destroy.
3) Keep your finger off the trigger till your sights are on the target.
4) Identify your target, and what is behind it.

maniaque, Iam not sure if you will be able to buy CRKT in Mumbai. However you can try basecamp.in or find out the location of a local basecamp counter / store for a Muela or Victorinox.

Re: Some Boker knives added to my collection.
You can buy any knives including folders by DHL or any other courier service and you should receive your knife without any problem.
The rule is that the knife should not fall under this category "weapons with blades longer than 9" or wider than 2"
Avoid switchblades or assisted openers as these are often viewed with suspicion.
If you have any other queries please go through the other topics and posts in this section and you will find these very informative. Most questions that you might have, have already been put up here and answered.
