SPEEDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH...WITH GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH ARE OCCURRING ALONG WITH NEAR WHITEOUT CONDITIONS ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL AND
SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA. THE COMBINATION OF THE WINDS AND PLUMMETING TEMPERATURES WILL ALSO RESULT IN DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS OF 20 BELOW
TO 35 BELOW TONIGHT.
