Extreme spread of velocity

Dear all IFGians,
there are desi n foren air guns with various muzzle velocity.I wish to know from your experiences that what is the range of velocity variation acceptable for a guns to be consistent in terms of smoothness and accuracy.

Variation of 10fps for a springer would be considered good. PCP's variation, I have no information.

The variation has nothing to do with desi and bidesi airguns

Ten years later, having taught himself to shoot with his left, he won two gold medals in the rapid-fire class.

What is your purpose of getting the data ?
May I suggest something ?
Don't get technical or get into the nitty gritties......
All the tech stuff takes away the enjoyment shooting gives us.
Sometimes just plinking away with a springer is the best fun one can have.
