Quality cannot be said to be the worst or the excellent. Given the choices available and the prevailing prices, it is good enough for all practical purposes. But nobody would prefer to compete with it in Olympics. More detailed opinion can be provided by members who own the IOF .22 rifle. I do not know for what purpose you are buying it. If I would have a license for NPB Rifle, I would be buying IOF 30-06 rifle instead of IOF .22 rifle for self defense.

It's not a bad rifle. You can buy it and get whatever modifications you want, done.

Check with members like Nagarifle and cottage cheese who are there from your part of the woods.

Jeff Cooper advocated four basic rules of gun safety:
1) All guns are always loaded. Even if they are not, treat them as if they are.
2) Never let the muzzle cover anything you are not willing to destroy.
3) Keep your finger off the trigger till your sights are on the target.
4) Identify your target, and what is behind it.

Hey Wati,

Kuma Lir? ... I'm here in Dimapur if you should need any assistance in person.

the IOF 22 is decent though a coarse copy of the Brno Mod2. If you have no problem with its lack of finesse then by all means go for it.

Welcome to IFG... by the way.
