1> No. to clarify it depends on the time and destination as well, check this - http://indiansforguns.com/viewtopic.php ... &start=495
2> both are fine for carry in, however .177 favored by most Men in White.
3> Rifle Club/Association Membership, deal wood test, details of caliber in invoice/bill. read the above thread, its just 34 pages,
4> air or spring airgun ? compressed, co2 / spring, all on your choice.
5> Dont know, . There are guys who have shot both, please wait for an answer. Else compare stats and take a call. But IMHO not a worthy comparison to try between a springer and a pcp, they their own merit and demerits.

Re: help needed regarding air gun
Since most of the questions have been answered, I'll take up the Diana or Weihrauch dilemma.
To begin with, as Thomas rightly stated. It’s not a fair comparision. You can’t compare apples with oranges.
A PCP is very different from a Spring Piston air rifle, though they are cousins .
The PCP (Weihrauch) would offer lower recoil, better accuracy compared to the springer and a multi-shot capability (if you go for the multi-shot magazine). The Springer(Diana) would not cater to these aspects but would be self sufficient in its power plant, the Diana would also be a great gun to shoot nonetheless. For the PCP-power plant you have to arrange ‘compressed air refills’.
Pricing wise, guesstimating the Diana to be around 35,000 INR (give and take some change), and the Weihrauch to be around 48,000 INR (give and take some change).Do check out the exact prices.
I hope I have cleared the air a bit on your dilemma.
