Yesterday i found an Airgun hanging as a showpiece on the walls of my neighbour.... after his permission he gave me the authority to touch and feel da airgun.... Its IHP air rifle.... but i am unable to identify which model it is.... Its a break barrel and looks more lyk IHP 25... but i am still unaware of the calibre....
The good news is he told me that if u want u can take da air rifle for practise.... and return it when i get my own....
So my another question lies where can this can be done??? Rehauling da airrifle and bringing it to life once again.... so that it just shoots awesome.....
Please help.... i live in Thane Dist. may be mumbaikars from this forum can help me locate a gunsmith....

Please refrain from text-speak.... da?.... 'the' is just one letter more.
As for the air rifle... in absence of any photos, one can conclude its a Model25B, 9.7mmx74mm , made in 1923 when IHP contracted Holland & Holland to manufacture an unmanageably large batch....

@ CC
Prasanjit,
How do you expect anyone to identify anything without any photographs/measurements etc?
Secondly I recommend you buy a new one from AIMCO. It will cost you only around Rs.4200 landed. This will be cheaper and way less time consuming than refurbishing someone else's gun!

As an example of overcoming adversity, Karoly Takacs has few peers. He was part of Hungary’s world champion pistol-shooting team in 1938, when an army grenade exploded, crippling his right hand. Ten years later, having taught himself to shoot with his left, he won two gold medals in the rapid-fire class.
