Improved by trial and error, or error and error?

Recently I have bought IOF Ashani Make 2007. I have ALREADY fired 40-50 rounds of ammunition with no miss at all. Excellent weapon. Previously I have been using Pistols like Beretta, FN Browning, Remington and Walther. All these were approx 25-30yrs old. But, now , atleast the satisfaction of carrying new weapon is there.

So njoy the masterpeace.

honestly i dont know how other's IOF pistol work perfectly. but mine pistol recieved 29 june from cossipore kolkata after 15 month waiting period, after 15-16 shot every third or fourth shot jam the pistol. result is same after changing magzine (both recieved with pistol) or changing cartridge. may be i am recieved a bad example from iofb.

Which cartridges are you using? If you are using KF, see whether the groove
Is smooth or not, sometimes you have to use a fine file to smoothen the groove otherwise
The cartridges don't feed properly.
You can check by trying to manually removing the cartridges from the mag. If the cartridges come out smoothly
There shouldn't be any problem

thanks for your suggestion parag & enigmatic,

i am also thinking about gun smith or changing both magzine with after market magzine.

parag please clear this "see whether the groove
Is smooth or not, sometimes you have to use a fine file to smoothen the groove otherwise
The cartridges don't feed properly."

manu,

don't do anything from urselef to your gun. If you come to ghaziabad you can cunsult Hari Singh Jagdish Singh, they are good in smithing.
