Dear Senthil,
I'm basically born brought up in chennai...was teaching computer graphics there for 20 years ,shifted to tirupathi AP. in 2005. Have been a very great gun enthusiast from my childwood, my father was linked to the Chennai rifle association in the 60's . have accompanied him on various camps when I was 4 years onwards. He owned a .22 breach load gun and a 12 bore side by side shotgun, they were handed over to the police after my fathers demise in 1983. that could be reason that I am interested in guns...but the collection U have out beats what I have seen in chennai...man ...what guns!!!!
I see this could be the start of a good friendship.
regards
chandru

p.s.Senthil I have a breakbarrel indian made .22 air rifle and have recently placed an order for IHP M300 from joybiswas Aimco, it is in transit will be getting it most probably this week

No bench rest, I am trying off hand, as in my last pic. If there is any picture to explain Zeroing, i would be a great help.

Check the same in a Bench Rest shooting, There are one hundred one reason in offhand shooting why pellets are going left or right , Did you check if your LOP is correct ? its is one of the primary reason why most shooter always shooting left or right while pressing the trigger, some of the rifles are hold sensitive and needs to be hold exactly the same way every time to get desired results. in One word its hard to say if your rifle is wrong or you are, in offhand shooting (Specially if the rifle is new) . BTW what kind of groups your are getting , are they consistent ? if yes they may be you can check other things . Best is mount your rifle in a clamp or vice (its hard in B/B) or try shooting from rest to minimize human error. Once you zeroed the rifle in a bench rest shooting , you can try offhand and see how the rifle performs . One observation , I may be wrong , May be you can try positioning your head a little forward near the pistol grip , and avoid leaning backword. It will give you more balanced posture and steady hold.
Thanks and Regards,
Saptarshi

Everything dude ,for newbies talent& leaning lies in searching the forum :)
Welcome mate,Go through AirGun chapter,it is well explained all about airguns, all GURU's are here,in chennai MR.Striker.
I may be correct,No Indian made airguns need License, for competition purpose you go for .177 otherwise the best buy is as one Mr.Devender have.
For purchase in chennai contact our mate Mr.pandian1948 or go thro' yellow pages.
If you spent some more contact IFGians,Katana and MDHASAN for IHP with scopes.

Dear friends.

Thanks for your interest. I am a lawyer by profession. I am a member of The National Rifle Association of India, New Delhi, and Chennai Rifle Club. My family owns Pandian Armoury, Chennai. We deal with D B B L, S B B L, Indian guns, National Air Rifles .22 and 1.77. We have a very good collection of imported S B B L, D B B L, Rifle, Revolver / Pistol , sword all imported and very old. We buy and sell all guns. We guide to get new licence. We can bring any old guns in to better condition. We can make parts for guns. You can ask for any clarifications on guns.
