The cheapest Indian ISSF 10mtr air rifle is the IHP Pneumatic which will cost you in the vicinity of 15000/- along with the rear peep sight. The next cheaper option is the IHP Compressed air match gun which will be about 28000/-.
You can get both directly from the IHP factory.

Used Match guns are also quite expensive. I heard of a used FWB300 for 25000/-

The cheapest imported 10mt ISSF match rifle (brand new) currently is the Hammerli AR20 for 580 Euros

Here is some unsolicited advice. If you are really serious about getting into ISSF 10mtr air rifle, you should serious look at the FWB700 Universal.

Rajmessage,

As others correctly mentioned , Rs 5000 is too low budget for any Match rifle. Unfortunately Match rifles are still very expensive. May I suggest you to join a Rifle Club so that you can try a club weapon initially to build up your shooting skills and may buy a rifle of your own at a later point of time.

In case you are really tight budget , your best bet will be Daisy Avanti 753 rifle cost arround $380. This rifle using a Lothar Walther Barrel and provide almost .04 C-T-C Accuracy. If Second Hand rifle counts I will recommend FWB 300 or Walther LGR if they are in good nick. You can still score 580 Above With A FWB 300 if practice hard. Apart from Imported, Indian IHP is your next best option as suggested by M.

Hope this helps

The latest update for you is, you are looking at an investment of Rs.200K (yup, not a typo) for the entire kit including air rifle. You need to budget for 15K to 20K per match if you intend to travel to another city. That figure is much more if you travel by air.

Depends on what sort of imported air pistol you want and what you want to do with it. Plinking? Serious shooting? For show?
