how bout an airgun field target meet up north ?

i was thinking about an air gun field target meet up north. it shall be a small step in the right direction. i propose the following.
1) rules as per american field target association.
2) entry fee to enable logistics set up . this shall depend upon the number of shooters.
3) venue could be my farm . i do not foresee a problem in this as air guns are not fire arms. however any one having another location in mind can always put it forward.
4) accn to be arranged in panipat which is 20 mins distance from my place.
