Haryana State Rifle trials- does anyone know the dates?

Does anyone know the dates and venue of the Haryana State Rifle trials?
I have learnt that they are not insisting on membership as a compulsory condition for appearing in their trials ( the Delhi State Reifle Association) charges min Rs.5000/ for membership fees and only members are allowed in their trials)
The Office of HSRA is at 420, Sec-6, Faridabad
