Below two issues happened today any help suggestions are welcome. Also anyone aware of Feinwerkbau service center or repair man in Kolkata

Issue 1

Today when my daughter was loading her rifle ,the rifle bolt was open but the pallet released and fell out just in front of her face... And from rifle cylinder smoke was coming while the pallet was released...

Issue 2

Earlier her rifle was in dry mode .. My hand or finger were not touching the trigger or grip but the trigger was released..

Posting the solution for everyone

1. The cylinder has issues back leakage causing reverse air flow
2. Trigger weight was reduced considerably causing false triggering

Cylinder need to be replaced as solution for 1st
Screw 46 refer manual for details of it need to be tightened by moving it anti clock wise
