Indian cities having world class shooting facility

Hello Everyone:)
I would be really grateful if someone could tell me about the cities in India which will provide me world class shooting facilities and learning opportunities for 10m air rifle event.
Actually, I am now moving to college and hence will have to leave my city Allahabad. I want to pursue shooting seriously along with my studies(BTech / BSc). If I am lucky enough I may get into Delhi University or IIT Delhi or Jamia Milia Islamiya in Delhi which will solve the problem.
But in case I am unable to score high enough, Delhi might not be a feasible option. So I wanted to know about cities apart from Delhi which will serve my purpose and also the name of training academies(in case u know).

You are just starting life... so to say, breaking away from school and wish you all the best.
All you need to know, and even more is in the forum. Just search. You will learn more from research on this forum than from replies to your thread.

We are far away from having well developed shooting center in our country,given the mindset of people and the incompetent govt at place which keeps on changing law that will just hinder the progress of firearms I won't be surprised if we never saw it in our lifetime.
Only option is to switch to some pro-gun countries.

Bhopal -- Pebble Bay colony 's childreN school
Jabalpur - near stadium
Nagda (near Ujjain) -Aditya Birla group company
But none of them 'worldclass' .

Mahrashtra Rifle Association Mumbai - Not world class by Far, but decent enough to start

Dr Karni Singh Shooting Range in Delhi. Maintenance could be better and the range charges are high, but it's probably the best in the country.
