Dont think the gazzette notification will be put up on the nrai website before the elections are due for obvious and not so obvious reasons!

Not an amendment sire, it is a notification under Section 41 of the Arms Act. Will be posting my comments on page 5 onward of http://www.indiansforguns.com/viewtopic ... 7&start=60

BTW I doubt the NRAI will be crowing about this as an achievement as they have twisted NRAI's recommendations into a largely meaningless notification.

Correct, its a notification, not an ammendment.
