Can I open my own Shooting Range?

Hi guys, I am asking a question which might have been asked by someone before me in this great Forum but I was not able to find it. My question is that can I open my privately owned Shooting Range, where other people can come and practice their Firearms and have fun? I am asking this question to know the legality of opening a privately owned Shooting Range in India.

what are You planning for, an Indoor or Out door range ?? As far as I know, Apart from the License, Setting up a target practice area need to fulfill some basic requirements. Whether its a firearms or Archery or Airguns but basic requirement is same. you can go through this link.
