You got to make up your mind buddy, ace shooter means start with airpistols, work your way up, 22 and so on.
if you need a legal eagle, try kolkata yellow pages?
9mm P bore for self defense doesn't fit into this thread/topic, search IFG for PB, P bore 9mm etc.
