Is it true that a new rule has been passed that one needs to keep and submit records of when and where your ammunition was fired while purchasing your quota?

This is related to a very objectionable policy done by MHA. It appears illegal to me. NAGRI(http://indiansforguns.com/viewtopic.php ... 18&start=0)people are working overtime not only about this issue but also other issues related to gun rights and probably a case is going to be filed soon in courts. Requesting everyone to fully support the cause and also let as many people know and support this. Please read the following threads in RKBA section to get an idea: http://indiansforguns.com/viewtopic.php ... =75#p99072

Not true! NAGRI is going to court with this and everyone can contribute (if nothing else) by filling out the soon to be posted (membership) forms and becoming a part of the litigation against these changes....
