Help !!! require a copy of an association arms license

hi
we have applied for a gun license for our district rifle shooting association
but the arms clerk at the DC office is hesitant , as he does not know the amount of ammo, per year , to allot
we are asking for 25000 .22 and 25000 12-gauge
if any one can email or message me a copy of a license , or the govt. notification regarding this , it would be greatly appreciated.

I believe allotment of ammo is at the discrepancy of the DC. A copy of an association licence would not be of much use... I dont know if there is any notification regarding allotment of ammo to associations but if you were able to show him the recent import allotment of ammo to individual shooters, maybe it would give him an idea on the quantity of ammo that is required for training..

thanks jonahpach but these govt. babus make us do all the running around, there are onle 3 associations with licenses in punjab , a copy of any association's license will be helpful in pleading our case
