How to get Transit license in AmbarNath

Hello everyone. I am new here and let me know if it is not ok to post this questions in this section.

I am thinking of purchasing gun from Ambarnath factory. I have gotten a delivery date from factory. But I am not clear about the whole process there. From what information I was able to gather, I will need transit license to bring this gun from Ambarnath to Haryana. And I am not totally clear about how I will get this license and how much time it will take. Can some knowledgeable person help me in this matter?

I also came to a post where someone described that agents are available and you just have to call them in advance and they will procure this license for you for some fee. Can someone help me with phone number of any such agent?

Thanks for pointers. As I suspected, I will need a transit license for bringing gun to my homestate. Now if someone else can point me to an agent in Ambarnath that can take care of procuring license before i get there, like one described here http://indiansforguns.com/viewtopic.php ... &start=255 . I will be really grateful for any help.
