Hi,

I wrote them asking if they ship to India , here is their response --

Greetings ,

<<
We are able to ship anywhere in the world. However, because import laws are so different all over the world we must make sure that our international customers understand that they must be responsible for all proper paperwork to be included with the package as well as all import laws.

Payment for international orders must be made with a Western Union money gram. We will assume responsibility for shipping out the package and providing a tracking number. However, we cannot be responsible for any seized or lost packages. With that said, we will follow any packing instructions and requests by the customer.

Please contact your country's customs to learn about any laws and regulations concerning the merchandise you wish to purchase.

Obtaining the total price of your order

To obtain the total of your order please visit our website www.maxarmory.com and add the products you wish to purchase to your cart. Continue through the checkout process until you get to the payment page. This page will show your Grand Total including shipping cost. Do not use a credit card at this point. Write down the total amount.

You are now ready to make a Western Union Payment

It is very easy to make a western union payment at www.westernunion.com.

Please make the Western Union transfer payable to our billing department specialist:

Vico Confino

6601 Lyons Rd Suite D1

Coconut Creek, FL 33073

In order to retrieve a Western Union Money Gram payment we will need the following information:

1. Name of the person making the payment (as given to Western Union)

2. Address of the person making the payment (as given to Western Union)

3. Amount of the payment

4. Western Union Control #

Once we have received this information we will type up a proper invoice for you and provide you with a tracking number as soon as the items are shipped.

Best Regards,

Frank Stokes

There are two issues
1: western union money transfer (some people say its not very reliable to make a WU money transfer for online transactions).
2: Import laws.

Does not look too reliable to me :(

I prefer an online payment facility where money is transfered directly into the establishments account - even wannabe businesses have that now a days!

Secondly am not comfortable with the "NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES" bit. No way I will deal with anyone who lays any such limitation!
