Affidavit for Direct purchase of Arms

Hi,
I was buying an arm directly from another arms licensee and didn't know what undertaking is required from the seller.
Made a sale affidavit from various inputs......posting it for the larger good.

I further declare and confirm that the above mentioned Arms/ Ammunition is/are my personal property and not involved in any criminal or other case and there is no restriction on selling the same from any authority. I stand fully responsible for any happening or event with the weapon till today and indemnify the buyer against it till today, which is…………….
4. I have already submitted 45 days sale notice under Sec 5 (2) of Arms Act 1959 to the concerned authority for the sale of the above mentioned Arms and Ammunition, the period for which has since expired.
