Muzzle loading rifle license

How does one get a muzzle loader license? I am wondering if one can get a Curious one and go bang now and again for fun.

Same way as the other stuff.
For a single barrel muzzle loader apply for a SBML Gun.
For a double barrel muzzle loader apply for a DBML Gun.
