HI !!!
Is there any law for NRI / NRE, people who already posses an arms liscense before leaving India. And are able to come home only once or twice in a year.

I surrendered the license and sold the weapons before leaving. Got 10K for a Brno for example.

i wanted to know, wether it is compulsory to surrender the license or one can surrender the wepon in the police station.
