Unfortunately not without a license - this will most certainly fail the deal wood test and therefore not come under the category of airguns which are exempt from the provisions of the arms act - you would require an arms license to possess one of these legally...

Backed by 192 ft/lbs of energy the general idea is that it should/ would die...

What category will it come under.

rifle? same as a 30.06 or a 0.22 or a 315??

if i have one shotgun and one rifle this will be treated as a third "firearm"/ "Weapon" by the licensing authority.

given the above.. what would be a better choice. 0.22 IOF or Dragon slayer??

It would come under the category of "air-rifle", and yes it would count against your 3 arms license limit so in that sense you would be probably better off buying a "real gun" in stead of this air-rifle. Also, since this is not under the exempted category of airguns I very much doubt if it would be legal to import...
