Hi,
I recently purchased 2 Replica Antique revolvers similar to what Napoleon used to have. It was purchased in one of the souvenir shops in Montreal, Canada. It's not a air gun or no parts inside. It's just a replica made of wood and metal decoration and with the model of trigger.
I would like to know the procedure to bring this to India. Do I need to get any clearance from Canada or in India before transporting by flight?
I will be carrying in the check in baggage, do I need to inform while checking in ?
Appreciate if anyone of you aware of the process and help me understand. Thank you!
Can anyone provide inputs pls?
Thanks
Ram

I am not sure that Napoleon, died in 1821, used revolver(s) patented in 1836.
For legal info ask the Canadian police.
