is 223 & 308 restricted?

So i was wondering if 223 & 308 are restricted? The arms act of 2016 restricts 7.62x51 & 5.56x45. However 308 & 223 are slightly different than those 2 rounds. So are they restricted or not?

If not in restricted column than it’s allowed sir.

223 and 308 are not restricted calibers
