Folks,
I have moved to India , 3 years ago and was trying for a riffle license here. Hopefully I can get my license in few weeks. I owned a 3006 Rem( NP bore) in pump action , in Australia and have stored it at a gun house there. I have a valid Australian Fire arms licence as well. Can get my Riffle imported and endorsed on my license here on the ground of transfer of Residence.

Yes you can import your own rifle. You can post here or DM me for more info.

Re: Transfer of Residence from Australia
If you moved to India 3 years ago, I doubt you can now get a rifle back from Australia on ToR even if you own it there. My understanding is that you can do it when you are moving back and have to evidence that this is a transfer of residence into India.ozk009 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 28, 2021 3:10 pmFolks,
