Hi,
I have 2 queries:
1) if there is any provision to have more than 20 Jule .177 air rifle? What needs to be done to do the things abiding law.
2) is there any formality to complete before developing your own prototype of airgun springer and PCP.

1) Yes, you may own one on an arms license, the total limit on firearms that can be owned/ possessed under Section 3(2) will apply here as well.
2) Please read Arms Rules 2016, they go into great detail w.r.t all legal aspects of manufacturing including prototyping.
