Can anyone guide me how to obtain arms licence of my father by legal heirship as per new law

Please fill the form with all necessary information.read rule no -26 of new arms act 2016.

Rest of the procedure is same . You can go to local office they will guide you in that ,very easy to get license in this category.

As per rule 25 of the new arms rules 2016, as a legal heir you can apply for license if the license has completed 70yrs of age or are having the weapon for more than 25 years. You should apply online at the MHA ndal site
